Cancellation Policy
Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify Straight4Ward Consulting & Marketing (a.k.a. S4) 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings in writing by emailing cassie@s4.marketing.
For coaching and consulting, S4 will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.
For projects and assessments, in the event that the client prefers not to reschedule and no aspect of services have been rendered, S4 will refund payment minus a 10% credit card and administration fee.
Missed Appointment Policy
The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file.
All future missed appointments may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
